It's a great place to vacation. Our apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, down to the very last detail. I honestly haven't seen such quality facilities in a long time. The neighborhood is very quiet and the view of the mountain scenery is great. Especially worth noting the nearby castle, just 10 minutes away on foot. There is a charge for its visit, but I was told at the ticket office that you can ask the owner for a guest card in advance, which makes the visit free.

- Amazing view from the apartment, great surroundings, very quiet - Really cozy - I can easily imagine brilliant winter nights with cocoa, just looking at out the snowy hills - VERY spacious + the kitchen was fully equipped, including some spices, coffee, appliances and so forth - Comfy kitchen table and living room seating - Everything was super clean! - Check-in was very swift and the lady who showed us everything was really pleasant and friendly (ENG wasn't a problem) - It's literally 5-10 min walk to any restaurant or a shop - Even though we didn't need it, there was a "bed" for babies/toddlers - Clean and spacious bathroom - Overall, the apartment had a luxurious and cozy feel to it

The front desk was exceptionally helpful, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The multilingual staff made communication effortless, which was a great relief. Extremely good localisation! The ski slopes are really just outside the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, food was delicious! Saunas were always empty so we were able to use them. The swimmingpool has water at a very pleasant temperature. The gym was also usually empty and easily usable. It was very silent in the hotel. It is a very good option to buy dinners at the hotel as there is very limited number of other open restaurants in Obertauern!
