This place deserves more than a 10. I was sceptical because of the low price and old entrance into the house but the facilities (rooms, bathrooms, toiletes,...) it makes your heart melt when you see how it's taken care with love. I wish I could stay longer than just overnight. Very comfortable bed and such a clean place! And the owners are very kind and make you feel welcomed.

We stayed only one night but it was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable, as well as the bathroom, pretty spacious. We liked the chairs and the ceiling light, designed with wood and rope, such details really make a difference. All in all, we were surprised with the quality of accomodation for such an affordable price!

One of those times when reality prevails the pictures! We were amazed by what the apartment offered, good taste in design, the comfort of the structure, the equipped kitchen and the size. Came for skiing - We were 2 families in two apartments - the large one had an infrared sauna. The place exceeded expectations and offered excellent value for the price

The front desk was exceptionally helpful, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The multilingual staff made communication effortless, which was a great relief. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of magazines and books available for reading. There were plenty of daily activity programs to enjoy, keeping things lively. The facilities were clean, and everything was managed in an orderly and professional manner.

Extremely good localisation! The ski slopes are really just outside the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, food was delicious! Saunas were always empty so we were able to use them. The swimmingpool has water at a very pleasant temperature. The gym was also usually empty and easily usable. It was very silent in the hotel. It is a very good option to buy dinners at the hotel as there is very limited number of other open restaurants in Obertauern!

Such an incredible property. Loved the pool area, the saunas and private area - everything about the hotel makes you want to stay there. Heaven in the mountains. The only downside is that it is next to a road, but I guess it's a great upside if you come without a car. If you get a chance - book for at least two nights.

Extremely friendly staff and accommodating host. The owner, Thomas, was very hands on and constantly focussing on guest satisfaction and experience. Extremely impressive wine cellar / wine list with very reasonable prices and knowledgeable staff.

The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was great, and picking up the key from the safe was convenient. We traveled with our one-year-old son and received a cot for an additional fee. Thank you for everything.

The accommodation was absolutely perfect! I have absolutely nothing to complain about. We stayed at the hotel with my wife on a honeymoon and all the little touches, the friendliness of the staff and everything else that they wouldn't actually have to do at all was absolutely incredible! I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to go here. Thank you again so much for the best weekend of our lives and we look forward to visiting again next year!
