My entire stay felt like an absolute treat. The room was lovely, spacious and well stocked with a very comfortable bed. I enjoyed that breakfast was a bit different each day, and that I could customise my meal as required. The staff were ever so lovely and helpful - and it wasn't a giant roster of interchangeable staff members, but rather 3 people that I got to know a little over my stay. When I was slightly overwhelmed with all the options of things to do, they helped me through the choices and put me in touch with a travel agency for various day trips. Location was great. An easy walk to everything in Puerto Ayora - no waiting on taxis water or otherwise.

Staff was really friendly, breakfast was good (tea, coffee, fruits, bread, butter, jam, pancake or patacones or toasted bread), pool is nice. A bit outside the town, walking distance of ~20min, we enjoyed the walks after dinner, but can understand if someone prefers the center :)

Very clean and comfortable accomodation, well equiped kitchen, helpful staff. Location- close to restaurants, shops and municipal market. Walking distance to the pier and beach. in addition pleasant and clean jaccuzzi.

The hotel is central. Having a pool and spa was a big plus. Breakfasts were great. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. A great place to stay. Excellent for both couples and families.
