Location is perfect. Private beach is pretty awesome. Rooms are spacious and was provided clean during check-in.
Sit out and night beach view is good.
Easy access to beach with literally no crowd except for people from the resort.
Care taker Akash, was very helpful and suggested pretty good restaurants in malpe and udupi. Also, guided on places to visit.

the property has spacious rooms with fans and AC. 24h hot water thanks to solar heater.
accompanied by a private beach to enjoy with family.
there is also a doctor who you could consult for your ailments, with a massage parlour done by professional
