The hotel is just excellent! I liked it! Great room, cleaning every day, very nice staff - always very helpful and with smiles. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. No second option for me - when I visit Lisbon again, I will be a Luster guest again.

It‘s a very special and absolutely great experience❣️ The Homeboat is fully equipped with everything you need…and you can really enjoy your journey. We are fallen in love with this experience! The whole crew was more than friendly and supported us all the time, if there were any open questions! We had a wonderful stay. I expected it to be great but it was even better than great. Staff was super kind and friendly 😊! When you arrive a nice member of the staff is there to help with your luggage. Breakfast was amazing ! Shoutout to the hardworking staff during breakfast. They serve you with a smile. Shuttle to the center was good and the driver took the time to tell us a bit more about Lisbon. And the other driver offered us fresh water after a nice day out. A lot of small attentions. We loved the pool. The room was perfect and peacefull. And when we left we were again helped with luggage. Felt like royalty 🥰We will definitely come again ! Obrigado

The staff was absolutely wonderful, we had to leave the hotel at 4 am and since we were missing the breakfast at 7am they were so kind to prepare us some plates the day before and leave in our room. Gorgeous views of the city and beautiful room, would definitely stay here again ❤️

Excellent breakfast Great staff very helpful & friendly Although a way out of the Centre the walk down that amazing street with shops markets on each side was amazing we thoroughly enjoyed it & took transport back which was no problem at all. It was a perfect stay. Staff is very friendly and supportive. I had some special requests during the breakfast (ex: lactose free milk) they quickly acted on my requests. Room was very clean and big. Housekeeping is very good. The service at the spa was excellent. Even if it was not a big spa that can accommodate a big crowd. It was clean and cozy. We had a perfect relaxing massage. Overall experience was excellent.

We took a trip to Lisbon at the beginning of February and we were lucky to have beautiful sunny weather, we liked the hotel itself, its location within walking distance from the center of Lisbon, free transfer from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport, friendly staff always willing to help, excellent breakfast, beautiful rooftop pool and jacuzzi (with water temperature exceeding 30 degrees, so the bath was very pleasant even in early February), free e-bike rental.
