Absolutely amazing stay! Kitanova House is a gem! The staff were incredibly welcoming, always smiling and radiating warmth. The rooms were stunning — full of natural light, beautifully designed with charming folklore touches and just the right hint of modern art. It felt like a perfect blend of tradition and comfort. Breakfast was another highlight — homemade, delicious, and served with care. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and authentic experience!

I wish I could give a "20" for this hotel, but I can only do a "10". Such a well designed place! - Staff - All the staff are awesome and very kind people. They welcomed us with a glass of prosecco at the check-in. We needed a few small things during the stay and everything was served in a very high professional manner. - The hotel is a piece of Art - hand painted doors and windows with bulgarian "shevica" elements. Colorful ceilings in style that comply very well with the Koprivshtica town architecture. Incredible paintings of one of the bulgarian famous artists Peter Mitchev - "Pedro". - The food - We tested most of the dishes from the menu. Everything was so delicious and prepared by the hands of a "Master Chef". A food-art which is a pure pleasure for all of your perceptions. One little remark here to make is that the size of the portions is a little bit smaller, but I assume it is somehow expected for such an experience. However, if you go for a 3 course dinner, it is still completely enough to get you filled. - The SPA - Clean, modern interior, warm water pools, relaxing music... Everything you need for your relaxation. I tried the flotation capsule and it was very refreshing (it is charged additionally). - The Room - Soft and clean sheets with a comfortable mattress (at least for us). They gave us water with coffee and 2 little bottles of red and white wines as a compliment (a bottle is enough for 2 glasses) :). - Prices - We think that the hotel offers prices that are relevant to the quality of the whole experience. It's definitely worth it and will come back again.

Studios and Apartments - Semiramida Gardens se nachází v destinaci Borovec. V ubytování je dostupné bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách a na místě je k dispozici soukromé parkoviště. The studios were very clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed. The management is exceptional!

The White Horse Apartments se nachází v destinaci Borovec a nabízí terasu. Park Vitoša je 47 km daleko a Gate of Trajan 43 km. The place is located in the heart of Borovets, literally in front of a lift and the slope. The apartment is probably one of the most comfortable and luxurious apartments I've ever stayed at. We had an amazing vacation here. The host was extremely friendly and helpful - any issue or question we had was addressed immediately. Would certainly come back.

The attention to the detail, the beautiful interior are on a international level. The treatment we have received during our stay was fantastic and the Food was great. We are definitely coming back!

The friendliest staff and one of the best pools I've visited. The rooms are spacious enough and very clean. Everything was flawless, we had a great time!

The host is very kind. Made sure I was completely taken care of and made sure I didn’t need anything else. He gave me a full tour of the wonderful guesthouse which was beautiful and clean. He didn’t speak much English but his kindness was still transparent through the translator app
