Offering an extensive garden, a large sun terrace with a swimming pool, a wooden lounge and restaurant area and lush-style suites, Belizean Shores Resort is set in front of the Caribbean Beach. We needed to relax after busy few weeks and found this was perfect place to do it. Room was more like apartment and had all the facilities you need for maximum comfort. This property is located on the coast of Ambergis Caye and offers guests 2 outdoor swimming pools, on-site restaurants and sports facilities. The quiet relaxing part of it but only a 15 min drive to San Pedro or to secret beach - great facilities, very clean and awesome friendly staff. The pool was amazing and so was the pool bar!

Absolutely loved our cosy cabin at Matachica. Fairy tale arrival by speed boat with drinks awaiting us was an amazing start to the holiday. The resort is quiet, stylish and very tastefully decorated. It never felt busy even though i think it was over half full. The food was amazing! The chef knows what they're doing - fantastic bread and breakfast pastries but every meal was delicious. However, what made our trip were the staff - everyone was so kind and willing to help in any possible way. We had problems with our air conditioning unit and after an initial fix failed they replaced the whole unit whilst giving we the option to change rooms if we wanted (we didn't - we were too settled) Lovely people but i also found that generally true of Belize. Thank you so much. Do try the trips - we borrowed a kayak to go to the reef across from the hotel and snorkel with sting rays but also did organised Hol Chan trip including swimming with nurse sharks which was fabulous.

Pictures and descriptions if anything were understated. Lots of open space to relax, good size pool and great views. Staff was very attentive when needed but otherwise let us be. Highly recommend

Caye Reef Condos se nachází v Caye Caulker a nabízí zahradu a celoroční venkovní bazén. San Pedro je 20 km daleko. Ve všech prostorách je zdarma dostupné Wi-Fi. I was greeted right away and able to check in early. One of the hotel staff Danny, was very helpful and even went to pick up a basket of beer from across the island. The condo was extremely spacious and I feel the pictures don't do it justice. The living room and kitchen are huge with a nice-sized balcony. We also really enjoyed using the pool. The staff were also swift to replace towels, water, or coffee. This is where I will recommend people stay when they visit Caye Caulker. Also, it's across the street from Chef Kareem's BBQ and Wish Willy, some of the best food on the island.
