The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Exceptional hotel, fantastic location, and top/friendly service!! Room was great, and nice attention from the hotel as we celebrated my wife's birthday. The jacuzzi was very relaxing after a whole day of walking around towns. Very creative and stylish design of the room. You have everything you need in the mini kitchen. Comfy and spacious bed. Powerful heater which is great if you travel to Interlaken in winter. Adjust the knob to your preferable warmth. I had to turn it off as I was sweating in the room while outside temperature was freezing! The free parking space is great if you travel by car.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. Upon arrival we got a free room upgrade, which was really nice of them! The hotel is pretty close to the train station. The room also had some tea and coffee stuff and a kettle, which was nice! The whole hotel has a unique character with old pictures hanging in the hallways (assuming of people who owned the place in the past?) and old but very functional fixtures. The dining area where breakfast is served is very spacious and wonderful from where you can look out into their rose garden which looks very pretty. We also found the breakfast buffet options at this place to be most varied among the places we stayed at in the region. Overall a wonderful experience!
