The private hot tub and view were unbeatable. It was the most relaxing, peaceful stay and Javier and Eugenio are there if you need absolutely anything. Breakfast was fine, pretty standard continental and there are other things for purchase. Overall, I would stay here again in a heartbeat, one of the nicest, most peaceful places I've ever stayed!

We loved the Sauna/Jacquzzi. The location of the property was pretty close to the airport/town. The bed was super comfortable and the Cabanas was a great size. It was incredible seeing the glacier from the windows and the horses outside of our Cabana. Just breathtaking and relaxing. The best part of it all was David. He treated us like family and helped us plan our trip from start to finish which made it way easier with a baby. Even when the taxi driver could not pick us up David came and drove us back to our Cabana. Similarly he ran to the airport to give us a charger we needed and left behind. He is on top of things - checking in, making sure we were comfortable and had all our needs met. He made the experience for us feel so comfortable and cared for. He really made the trip. I highly recommend this place!

Incredible Downtown Duplex with Interior Backyard se nachází v destinaci Punta Arenas a poskytuje bar a ubytování s bezplatným Wi-Fi a výhledem do zahrady. This house is truly great. Large, very interesting, super location. Our group of 5 adults and 3 teenagers stayed here 2 nights while prepping for our trek in Torres Del Paine. Mauricio was so helpful getting us set up for arrival, which included arranging a transport for our large group from the airport. He answered all my questions promptly and even shared a video to make sure we could get into the house easily. He also referred us to local shops where we could buy the supplies we needed for our trip. We slept so soundly after our long flights down to Punta Arenas from the States. Really, we have only good things to say about our experience with this rental. We wholeheartedly recommend it to others!

Aldaya and Andrea booked us a local Puma Tour, we had a fantastic time and saw Pumas. Both reception staff tuess 22nd october were so helpful with everything we needed, they went above and beyond guest expectations and are a valuable asset to the hotel. Would definitely recommend to friends and family to stay in this resort.
