The peace and quiet. And the staff. Rafael was always ready to help with a positive attitude. Newton and Carmen the administrators were very friendly and helpful.

You can reach the city center in 5 minutes by foot. On our first night we could even witness a neighbourhood/street festivity. Our room was equipped with two wide beds, two fans a bench to put our stuff and a private bathroom.

The hotel was incredibly well cared for and clean. The rooms were well equipped and I couldn’t have asked for any more from all the staff, who were always so helpful, friendly and attentive.

By far my favorite place I stayed during my 3 week trip. Truly a magical oasis in the desert. The staff was very helpful with everything we needed, tours, food, and even transportation back to the airport. The location was great, so quiet, yet close enough to town if you needed to go. The pool was nice and clean, the room was superclean, the air conditioning worked great too. The place is really unique, thoughtfully decorated with lights at night and really cool places and decor that the birds loved to land on, making for great bird watching as well. They always had coffee available too and tasty food from the restaurant. I would go back to this same hotel for sure.

This hotel was great value. Right on the edge of the desert to go to the red and grey desert as well as the night sky observatories. Breakfast was good, thank you to Katherine who stayed up late for us to arrive and helped us with some late night issues. Pool was nice to relax in, bed was comfortable and air conditioning was working and needed in the heat.

Dunas Tatacoa se nachází ve městě Villavieja a nabízí venkovní přenosný bazén a výhled do zahrady. Město Neiva je 34 km daleko. Na místě je soukromé neplacené parkoviště. Perfectly close to and in the desert, but luxury to us. We had a room that was actually a large tent but perfect with a little air conditioner we had to turn off because it was too cold. Perfect breakfast typical with fruit and actually good coffee which was a pleasant surprise. It was a shared bathroom, but there aren't that many rooms and it was always clean. They have they're own little store for drinks and snacks too. The best part was them hooking us up with the observatory and learning about all the stars at night. Best time in Tatacoa and I've visited before like most of us de Huila. Oh, the pool was perfectly clean and temperature was great too perfect place
