Everything from the rooms, breakfast, service desk (who literally handle everything you need assistance with regarding bookings, taxis, recommendations etc), restaurants (we dined at Johann Grill) and even the lounge menu was excellent. Special shout out to Antonio at the bar who makes the BEST Manhattans ever :)

Our host was really relaxed and friendly, he helped above and beyond all possible expectations with our problematically parked car after we mistakenly left it there for some days in a no-parking zone.
