Featuring plenty of natural light, each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Some rooms have a seating area. Location: You can easily walk to Palma beach in just 5 minutes. The beach is absolutely stunning with its turquoise color and soft sand — it truly amazed us. You can rent two sunbeds and an umbrella for €18. The hotel is less than a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. Instead, I suggest walking 10 minutes to the Mercadona market — it has a wide selection and reasonable prices. Since we were traveling with our 18-month-old baby, we couldn’t join the nightlife, but there are plenty of places to party near the hotel. Room: The room was absolutely beautiful. It was very spacious and the furniture looked new. I also watched how thoroughly they cleaned a room after a guest checked out, and our room was cleaned nicely every day. We were right near the party places but sound isolation was good enough for blocking them. Food: Dinner had great variety overall. For a buffet, it was about as good as it gets. I wasn’t expecting 10/10 food from a buffet, but I’d rate it around 7–8. Breakfast had slightly less variety, but it wasn’t a problem for us. For families with children: This hotel isn’t fully tailored for children, but there were still enough activities to satisfy us. For example, there’s a playroom you can take your child to at any time of day. Even though our baby is quite young, the staff at the mini-disco in the evenings made every effort to ensure he had fun — they played and danced with him. There’s also a small children’s pool and a section of the large pool that’s about 40 cm deep, where our son had a great time. Staff: The hotel staff were truly friendly and cheerful. They always smiled at our son and tried to play with him. Everyone was kind and welcoming throughout our stay.

Access to our SPA is free of charge. It includes a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, heated sunbeds, hydromassage jets, beauty salon, and massage treatments (treatments - additional cost). The opening hours are from 08:00 to 21:00. Families with children are welcome between 12:00 and 16:00 (children must be accompanied by their parents during family time). To say that this hotel is wonderful would be an understatement. It was an incredible experience for a family vacation. There is basically everything here that one might need for a good rest with or without kids: a rooftop pool, bars, friendly staff, car rental, playgrounds, a kids club, spa/massages, breakfast/dinner, a backyard, sea views, and beaches/restaurants nearby, as well as bike rental. We didn't have dinner included in the price, but one day decided to try it. It cost 24.5 EUR per person, which was comparable or even lower than the surrounding restaurants. The dinner options were unlimited, and everything was so delicious that we ended up dining there every day. It was also a perfect solution for a family with a little kid who doesn't know what he wants to eat. The main pool is great both for kids and adults. Spa is open all day long.

The à la carte restaurant at Tomir Portals Suites - Adults Only +(16) serves a selection of international cuisine. Guests can enjoy a drink by the pool, or in the lounge bar with live music some days a week. Everything! Nicolas the director/manager is an amazing host and made us both feel welcome and special throughout our stay He smells good, looks good, has sexy voice and dresses smart, plus he's cool with everyone

The spa features an indoor thermal pool, Turkish baths and sensation showers. It opens onto a palms garden where guests can relax in loungers. Treatments like massages and aromatherapy carry an extra cost. The property was expansive, exceptionally clean, full of like minded interesting and respectful people. I lived that they offered morning yoga five times a week and there were loads of families there so our daughter made a lot of friends which we all enjoyed. Lovely to have the pool and the ocean right there.

Look out over the golden sands and clear waters of San Vicente Beach from this hotel. It is surrounded by some of the natural scenery on the island of Ibiza.

The hotel crew was great and helped us with everything we asked for. We will definitely come back!
