We stayed in this hotel with my wife and our one-year-old for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They would always greet us with a smile and ask if everything was ok. They even offered us vouchers for free drinks at the hotel's bar during check-in. The bedroom was very spacious, modern and clean. The cleaners even folded our clothes. We had asked for a baby cot, and even with that, we had plenty of space in the room. The mini bar in the room was free, and there were water bottles, soft drinks, a small wine, and coffee and tea. We didn't get a chance to dive into the pool, but we did relax for a while at the pool's sunbeds, which were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and every day, they even had a new addition. It was a 10-minute walk from the old city center so we didn't even have to move our car. There is private parking in the basement of the hotel, but the spots are limited, and you have to book in advance. We were not aware, but there were plenty of free parking spots on the streets around the hotel.

I loved everything about this hotel. At first sight - we just thought that everything was beautiful and clean. But then we realized that this hotel really cares about their guests and the service is really out of this world. Chris, that was in the reception majority of the time that we stayed there, always aimed for us to have the best time even though it rained while we stayed in the hotel for a majority of our visit. She and her colleagues always greeted us with smiles, giving us tips about where to go and how to get to those places. I know that it doesn’t sound like it’s anything more than ”regular” service, but when you meet people that treat you so good as they treated us in a 5-star hotel (and mind you - that doesn’t happen often since we mainly stay at 5-star hotels) then you appreciate the whole trip in a complete other way. Also, me and my boyfriend have worked within hospitality and service during the majority of our careers and we know that good service takes energy and commitment. If the manager of this hotel sees this review - please tell everybody on your team how great they are! Because we will be back in the fall again (booked another visit day 2 of our stay). And (!) not to forget to mention the spa. I got a treatment from Maria Hanaroli down at the spa and it was amazing! If you stay at the hotel make sure to get a treatment with her to make your trip even more luxurious.

Elia Agia Marina Resort se nachází v destinaci Agia Marina Nea Kydonias a poskytuje ubytování s sezónním venkovním bazénem, neplaceným soukromým parkovištěm, fitness centrem a zahradou. Breakfast was really nice. Outside restaurant with sea view and sunset was amazing.Beautiful beach.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. I want to give a special shout out to Joanna, Bill, George and Helena who consistently went above and beyond to make our stay a perfect one. They we're courteous, attentive and generally care about their guests. We also fell in love with Belita (We called her Shelley) the cat who lives by the hotel. She is beautiful and we hope she gets to stay safe. We will be back.

Evge Experience Boutique Hotel se nachází v destinaci Kafoúros a nabízí ubytování s terasou nebo balkonem, bezplatným Wi-Fi a TV s plochou obrazovkou, sezónní venkovní bazén a zahradu. All was perfect and we'd go back anytime. The room was very big and nicely furnished, best bed we had on Crete. The pool is great and breakfast left nothing to be desired. Overall it's a nice area, not too many tourists and the hosts are lovely. Thank you!
