I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Santorini, and I can confidently say it was one of the most memorable experiences of my life. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the staff, who went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. The rooms were immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every amenity you could need. Every morning, we were treated to a delightful breakfast with an array of fresh, local flavors that really brought the essence of Greece to life. Dior was incredibly attentive, always ready with a smile and keen to help us with recommendations, reservations, and anything else we needed. The services, cleanliness and staff were like we have rarely encountered, although we are a couple who travels often. The breakfast was extremely tasty and varied! Grotta Hotel is situated on a beautiful hillside, overlooking Naxos Town, yet only a short walk from the beach. The views!!! Oh my word it's so amazing watching the sunset from the rooftop terrace. This hotel is gorgeous. Yummy breakfast. Modern clean and comfy rooms. Close to town. Lovely people working there.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming and were always available and taking care of us. an excellent family run hotel which provides great value to the guests. They picked us up and took us to the port. The breakfast was amazing with all that you could need and the breakfast room had a great view over the sea. amazing stay.

Smaragdi is located on the famous black sand beach of Perivolos. Designed with timeless Cycladic elegance, its exterior and interior spaces beautifully reflect the island's charm. I was in the hotel for a week. In the middle of the trip I went to another island and returned back to the same hotel. I enjoyed every moment at the hotel. The girls at the front desk are very charming, courteous and helpful. The entire hotel staff is very eager to help.
