The experience at Cycladic Suites was better than we had hoped. Before checking in, we received a WhatsApp from Dior, the assistant manager, asking if we need pick up from the airport. They then proceeded to help support a surprise for our anniversary that I had planned for our partner. We also received a free bottle of wine! They restocked our water without question, so we could save money on buying water outside, the room was super clean and always ready when we came back from excursions as well. They accommodated all the little requests we had - Dior even gave us sunscreen since we forgot. She was super honest and told us where to shop / where it was too expensive, etc. as well. Arranging any transport or pick up was super easy and Dior was always reachable on WhatsApp. We will be recommending this place to our friends & to our family. I had the pleasure of staying at Hyperion City Hotel & Spa in Chania and I was truly impressed. My room, with a beautiful sea view, was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The large TV and the very comfortable bed made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always willing to help with a smile. Breakfast was rich, varied, and offered a true continental experience. Simply put, I cannot find a single fault – everything was perfect. A well-deserved 10/10 from me!
