Everything was really nice and well set up—from the entrance gate all the way to the room. Everything is kid-friendly. Our daughter loved the lion-shaped room key card! They even provide bathrobes for the little ones. In the restaurant area, there’s also a special section just for kids. The water park and play area were super fun, even for adults. We visited in April, so the warm pool water was a big plus. The spa for adults was great too.

Family friendliness is very well developped all over the hotel. Employees that work in lounge and spa are amazing. Food is excellent and various, they have many food options for children. Toilets are spotless clean. Kids park in front of hotel is very big with plenty of options for all ages. Animator are a very nice touch.

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The location was ideal — close to major attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality.

Tokajer Wellness Panzió se nachází 650 metrů od jezera Balaton a 10 minut chůze od pláže. Nabízí fitness centrum, krytý bazén a 2 sezónní venkovní bazény, vše zdarma. Lovely place, nice breakfast, we relaxed in the hot tub a lot. The location is great, really close to the lake. We liked our room and the staff was great. You can take bikes for free which is great (you only need to leave a deposit but it was like 20euros which was fine)

Tidy rooms. Delicious food. A short walk through the pedestrian area to the thermal lake. Lots of amenities all around the hotel. They offer discount tickets for the lake bath. Definitely recommend

The hotel is highly recommended. If you like spas and luxury, this is the right choice. All the contents are exceptional, swimming pools, saunas, relaxation area... Excellent rooms with terraces. Delicious and varied meals. One of the best spa hotels we have visited, definitely a hotel we will return to again and again.

Delicious traditional Hungarian breakfast, well worth it. 10/10 location being only a 5 minute walk to both the train station and down to the lake- however was still relatively quiet.
