Francesco and Concetta are the most charming, caring, and hospitable hosts you could meet — they made every moment of our four-day stay an absolute pleasure. From the second we drove up the gravel driveway lined with cypress trees and were greeted personally by Francesco (he waited outside to welcome us!), we knew we had chosen the right place. The property is stunning — with beautiful rooms and cottages scattered across vast grounds surrounded by forest, vineyards, and olive trees. Every corner reveals thoughtful details: a wooden bench overlooking the hills, cozy couches beneath sunshades, and lanterns that glow softly at night. The sense of aesthetics here is truly remarkable. They offer a lovely breakfast with local cheeses and meats, great coffee, baked goods and natural juices. It’s served in a beautiful and elegant dining hall that has a lovely fireplace and seating area, chess boards and books. You could easily spend days just wandering the estate, exploring the forest, and soaking in the views. Lucignano is also perfectly located, within 30–60 minutes of countless Tuscan highlights. We arrived for the night at the charming farm. We arrived with 3 children under the age of 10. They welcomed us warmly and we were given the last cabin with the gorgeous view. The house is compact and clean. The balcony is a bit hot in the middle of the day but a large parasol is there for shade. In the morning and evening it is pleasant to sit on the balcony with the sun behind. The jacuzzi on the balcony was a wonderful experience. In the afternoon we entered it with cool water and in the evening we filled it with hot water and enjoyed a pleasant experience in nature.

We stayed here for 7 days with our newborn and had a truly wonderful experience. The house is perfectly located for exploring Tuscany — most of the region’s most interesting towns and sights are just about an hour’s drive away, which made day trips easy and enjoyable. The house itself is very spacious and excellently equipped with everything we needed, including for traveling with a baby. It felt like a real home away from home. Our hosts were very kind, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always available for questions or tips. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-connected base in Tuscany. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

This apartment was incredible. The owners are very lovely and we messaged a lot prior. They picked us up from the train station as there are no taxis. He drove us around the town showing us all the areas we will be visiting. The room is beautiful and the bed is so comfortable. We did not use the sauna as it's very hot outside. The hot tub was lovely to use. There is air conditioning in the living space and the bedroom. The fridge was stocked with yoghurts, water and jucies. There is plenty of coffee and tea options. Croissants and pancakes available for breakfast and lovely fruit bowl. We would love to return some day in a colder month to experience the sauna relax again.

This place has the most wonderful and welcoming people, doing their best to make you feel fantastic. Everything is tastefully decorated, easy to use. The restaurant's food is excellent and authentic. We will definitely be back!

The charming boutique studio room exceeded our expectations with its picturesque view from the terrace. The attention to detail in the room's decor and amenities was impeccable making our stay comfortable. The hospitality and service provided by our hostess added an extra layer to our comfort. We highly recommend this suite looking for a peaceful retreat.
