Pool area despite all italian regulations - caps obligatory, no games in the water - still, clean area, good sunbeds, enough sunshades, toilet, shower etc.
Jacuzzi was half operating.
Comfy beds, spatious apartment.
Old money style, but also worn out in some places.
Very pleasant lady working in reception.

Everything. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable with all amenities you could need. The indoor and outdoor space with the pool and many seating areas was fantastic and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the weather and the wonderful food and wine. Couldn’t have been happier.

Fully renovated, small but well-considered rooms accommodating luggage and spacious bathroom. Extremely helpful and polite staff, fabulous option of complementary snack bar and generous buffet breakfast.

The hotel is just outside the city walls within easy walking distance of central Lucca. There is plenty of free parking available. The hotel has had a recent renovation and is very smart. The first floor guest terrace area provides outside space for relaxing. Although the hotel is on a busy road, you don't hear the traffic in the bedrooms because they have excellent windows that cut the noise out.

Le Scope is an amazingly tranquil home set in the most idyllic of surroundings. The house is very spacious and equipped to high standards. We woke up to dramatic views with beautiful dawn choruses. We loved our trips along the woodland track to the main road, our sons were fascinated by the wild porcupines. Book this home and relax in the pool whilst surrounded by a mountain paradise; you will be creating long-lived holiday memories.

The apartment was amazing and worked really well as two couples sharing. Excellent shared space, small balcony, excellent location for restaurants, trains (1hr 20mins to Florence) and taxis and drop off and pick up. The layout was also excellent as the space can be divided up so two rooms have a bathroom and that space and be sealed off and then the master bed room also has a bathroom and a space that can be sealed off. We also needed a late check in and the host was very helpful.

The view from our hotel room was beautiful, we had a wrap around balcony with seating which was great to watch the sunset in the evening. Great air conditioning, jacuzzi bath which was a great treat too. The spa was small but you can book for private use for 2 hours which is lovely. Breakfast has a great selection and lots of lovely restaurants in close distance. The staff also couldn’t do more for you!

Lovely and well equipped apartment with private courtyard and hot tub. Good facilities which we used for cooking and to relax in. Laura is lovely and was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had including finding the apartment as it wasn't quite where the Booking app suggested
