The room is spacious with comfortable beds and bedding and a large, well laid out bathroom. The spa is beautiful and special. The communal space is cosy with tea and coffee facilities and a fridge. There is prosecco available to buy. We had the triple room, which comes with a very cute terras. The property is located in a nice old village with several good little restaurants and a good selection of shops. We truly enjoyed a special stay.

The apartment owned by Emiliano and maintained by his sister Francesca exceeded all expectations. Beautiful, perfectly clean, comfortable beds and sofa, functioning bathroom and kitchen. + the little extras, showing that the host really cares about his guests. We also received lots of good advice and Emiliano was quick at replying to messages. We will be back and we can definitely recommend this apartment. Also location is perfect to reach places in Liguria and Tuscany. Big supermarket, train station and bakery in the village. Grazie, Emilano!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and hospitable, making us feel right at home. We were delighted by the thoughtful touches, such as the welcome drinks and snacks. The house was beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the views were breathtaking. We had an amazing time and can't wait to return.

The host was super kind and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She arranged a special guided tour for us in English at the castle in Fosdinovo. They also recommended good places to visit in the area. It’s a guest house with a few rooms with private bathroom and shared kitchen and common area, but when we went we were the only ones there. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The host laid out a very nice breakfast for us each morning. Location is accessible to Fosdinovo and other mountain villages, as well as Tellaro, Porto Venere, Cinque Terre, etc.
