Francesco and Concetta are the most charming, caring, and hospitable hosts you could meet — they made every moment of our four-day stay an absolute pleasure. From the second we drove up the gravel driveway lined with cypress trees and were greeted personally by Francesco (he waited outside to welcome us!), we knew we had chosen the right place. The property is stunning — with beautiful rooms and cottages scattered across vast grounds surrounded by forest, vineyards, and olive trees. Every corner reveals thoughtful details: a wooden bench overlooking the hills, cozy couches beneath sunshades, and lanterns that glow softly at night. The sense of aesthetics here is truly remarkable. They offer a lovely breakfast with local cheeses and meats, great coffee, baked goods and natural juices. It’s served in a beautiful and elegant dining hall that has a lovely fireplace and seating area, chess boards and books. You could easily spend days just wandering the estate, exploring the forest, and soaking in the views. Lucignano is also perfectly located, within 30–60 minutes of countless Tuscan highlights. This was the perfect place for a romantic trip to Montepulciano. The room was beautiful with a nice view of olive trees out the window. We real enjoyed the jacuzzi. Gloria was very welcoming and accommodating; the breakfast was great as well.

This apartment was incredible. The owners are very lovely and we messaged a lot prior. They picked us up from the train station as there are no taxis. He drove us around the town showing us all the areas we will be visiting. The room is beautiful and the bed is so comfortable. We did not use the sauna as it's very hot outside. The hot tub was lovely to use. There is air conditioning in the living space and the bedroom. The fridge was stocked with yoghurts, water and jucies. There is plenty of coffee and tea options. Croissants and pancakes available for breakfast and lovely fruit bowl. We would love to return some day in a colder month to experience the sauna relax again.

The pool is great too! - the food is excellent - especially the dinner menu! - the staff is super kind and make you feel welcome and give great local recommendations! - a great place to rest your head and enjoy the peaceful Tuscan countryside!
