It is an amazing place with helpful staff, the surroundings are so beautiful, and the view on Mt Fuji was the best I’ve seen. (If she shows herself). Would recommend, it’s really peaceful around the hotel.

Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. I went with my family (2 adults + 2 toddlers aged 3 and 2) and we were awed by the great view (windows) overseeing the lake. Room size was awesome to fit 2 huge luggage and there is free parking opposite. There are yukata for kids and a smaller potty adapter. The staff who served us dinner was awesome and my kids love her. Just note that the bath water in the bathroom is not from hot spring but hot spring water is available at public bath. Room amenities are great (Air purifier, soap, lotions etc. provided) and not too old (Considered well maintained). Hotel facilities are nice. Location is good because there is a convenient store nearby and walkable to ropeway attraction. Would very much want to go back again.

Offering beautiful Mount Fuji views from all rooms, public baths, and restaurants, Mizno Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Train Station. What a beautiful hotel! Excellent location. Clear view of Mt fuji. Clean rooms and thoughtful service. The pick and drop facility from the station helped. Highly recommended

Located in a 100 year-old Registered Tangible Cultural Property, Ryokan Hostel K's House is located in Shizuoka, a 7-minute walk from JR Ito Train Station. Spending time in this place was so amazing and comfortable. We rented the yukatas with my friend, so we felt like we were in some historical movie. The onsen was so private and cozy. It was one of the best places we've been in Japan. Also, there was a yummy place with the grilled meat near the hostel.

We had a fantastic trip to the Kiso Valley and to Sakanomichi. The hosts, Ken and Yuki, were absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome and comfortable! You very much felt like a cherished guest in their home. Such a lovely couple! Having now done the hike between Magome and Tsumago I would definitely recommend staying in Magome (which seemed to be the less popular choice when I was researching.) Tsumago was so charming but seemed much much sleepier - Magome is already very quiet and quaint with lots of charm. Restos/ cafes and shops in Tsumago seemed to close early or if they had sold out leaving you less options in the way of food or snacks. Not a deal breaker but just something to consider. Not sure if this was to do with the time of year - we were there in early March - but Magome was hardly bustling in comparison. Sakanomichi was lovely, beautifully finished with comfortable amenities, gloriously warm showers after a cold days hike! Ken and Yuki thank you for everything! Also, definitely pop to Hill Billy Coffee in Magome if you have time, its well worth the stop in! Delicious coffee!

SAUNA VILLA 然 se nachází v destinaci Nagano a poskytuje ubytování s zahradou, neplaceným soukromým parkovištěm a terasou. Chrám Zenkodži je 1,3 km daleko. Easy to check in. Rooms were very nice. Pictures don't do the place justice. Complementary amenities and even drinks. Very comfortable stay.

Urasa Cottage @ Snow Countryside se nachází v destinaci Minami Uonuma a nabízí ubytování s bezplatným Wi-Fi a klimatizací, zahradu a sdílený lounge. It was very good, also the house is pretty new renovated, everything inside is really clean and convenient.

Great staff; polite and refined but not “too much”, the steak dinner was nice and they were able to accommodate my request to change one of the dishes. Room was spacious, modern and the overall design was great with a large balcony, a lot of sunlight from the windows and privacy at the same time. Wine was great too.
