A really wonderful hotel in Matsushima - great for those traveling with a rental car. The hotel is clean and comfortable with all the essentials you may need. The traditional Japanese style rooms are large and the local area is very peaceful. The indoor hot tub is very relaxing, and nicely matches the interior design of the hotel. The staff are the highlight - they are all really polite and friendly. There are also two friendly dogs! This hotel employs young staff with varying abilities - all of whom were very attentive. This is a hotel worth supporting, and after staying here I feel like part of the family!

Open from August 2017, Almont Hotel Sendai is nestled just a 5-minute stroll away from JR Sendai Station. The hotel features free WiFi, a restaurant and private parking is offered on site. I think I’ve found the Best hotel breakfast in Sendai! With ingredients from Sendai and nearby they have prepared a sumptuous buffet line. ALL the dishes were delectable. ALL the staff have provided a pleasantly warm and very attentive service. Bravos! Public bath was nice with 2 wash&dry machines for men. The wifi signal was good. If only the hotel has had the new smart tv with YouTube ready it would have been PERFECT!

Open from April 2016, Hotel Vista Sendai is located just a 4-minute walk from JR Sendai Station. It boasts an on-site restaurant and rooms with modern decor. Sendai Vista Hotel is exceptional. Though the hotel foyer looks bare, the room and everything inside are immaculate and well appointed. We had a great and confortable stay. The property is a few minutes walk to the Sendai Station, shopping malls and surrounded by resturants. Everything is near- conveniently situated making access to places of interest easy and manageable. Bubble bath is also free for women. Thanks Sendai Vista Hotel!
