I recently had the pleasure of staying one night at Riad Dar Timrad, and I genuinely wish I had booked a longer stay. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was beyond anything I’ve experienced before. Ali, Moeed, and the entire team made me feel not just like a guest, but like family. Their unmatched service, kindness, and attention to detail truly elevated my entire Fes experience. This Riad is relatively new, boasting only six beautifully designed rooms, but it already sets a gold standard for service and style. The infrastructure is modern yet authentically Moroccan, blending traditional design with comfort and luxury. The warm welcome with Moroccan tea was the perfect beginning to an unforgettable stay. What stood out the most was the breakfast – an extensive, delicious, and beautifully presented spread that I looked forward to more than any meal during my trip. From freshly baked bread and pastries to traditional Moroccan delights, it was a breakfast I will remember for a long time. The rooftop is another highlight: a cozy and stylish seating area with a Jacuzzi and breathtaking panoramic views of the city. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the medina. To top it off, I discovered that the owner's brother runs a nearby restaurant called Fondouk Bazaar, just a 5-minute walk from the Riad. At first, I didn’t realize it was part of the same family, but once I dined there, everything made sense – the quality, cleanliness, and service mirrored what I experienced at the Riad. The food was absolutely incredible, with an open kitchen and immaculate atmosphere. Hands down, one of the best meals I had in Morocco. Riad Dar Timrad is a rare find – a place where luxury, warmth, and authenticity meet. The owner truly goes above and beyond to ensure every guest is taken care of, and it shows in every detail. If you’re coming to Fes, I can’t wait to return :)

Amazing rooftop. The staff was super attentive and caring. It’s a family business and they all make sure you want to return again. If you need anything just ask and they will definitely help you. We had dinner and breakfast and definitely recommend the chicken with lemon and olives

The rooftop is truly one of the best in town, offering a wonderful atmosphere. The food was fresh, homemade, and delicious. Every detail was perfect.

Château Roslane Boutique hôtel & Spa se nachází na velkém pozemku ve městě Meknès. Nabízí restauraci, venkovní bazén a nepřetržitě otevřenou recepci. My partner and I enjoyed a brilliant stay at CR at the beginning of the month. From start to finish we were looked after with great attention to detail - our transfer from Meknès was arranged with no fuss and we enjoyed a tour of the hotel and wine cellar with Mahdi - who was very informative and helpful with all my questions. Mahdi also arranged a wine tasting for us on the terrace which was superb. We loved the wine and I particularly enjoyed the new CR Gin. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the team, led by Jawad, who made sure we had everything we needed. The venue is beyond beautiful and very peaceful and our room was decorated wonderfully (especially the wine barrel bath!). I would highly recommend this hotel and the whole wine experience.

Staff especially Norin, he is so attentive to every details. All staff are all helpful and kind. Breakfast is super, good variety and is a lot. Location is perfect, walking distance to the blue gate and medina. Garden is super beautiful.

This is a very beautiful hotel. Fantastic art work and tasteful interior design everywhere.Staff was very helful and spa was an extraordinary experience. Spotless celan. we will remember our stay

Palais d'hotes Suites & Spa is a Riad located in the Medina and has been restored in the Moroccan tradition. It offers comfortable rooms and suites, some of which have a private balcony. Exceeded our expectations! Amazing location and felt very safe being in the area at all hours. The staff was extremely helpful, always making sure we were taken care of. They helped us with taxis, shipping and any questions we had. Mohammad and Youseff were great and the breakfast crew was very kind. The breakfast on the terrace each morning was a highlight.
