Check-in was really smooth and reception team even gave us a walkthrough of the entire property for easy awareness. Rooms were very clean, as depicted in the listing, with sufficient heating and hot water supply. Kitchen had basic utensils for making simple foods (we had brought our own vessels in addition). We also enjoyed the complimentary spa session, which was great. Breakfast was really outstanding! Not only was it served fresh upon our arrival every day, the menu was also different for each day. We were given sufficient options based on needs (vegetarian and child-friendly options). The team went above and beyond in making sure that we were comfortable with food. The property is well situated - within a short driving distance from Kotor old town and beach, restaurants of choice, supermarkets, hospital clinics and pharmacies. We found that car parking space was adequate, as we rented a car, which helped us to visit the surrounding landmarks with ease and comfort. Stunning view of the bay, clean and new facilities, great soundproofing, exceptional customer service (special thanks to Nikola who was extremely diligent and informative before and during the check in process, and Burkay who served our breakfast very attentively and with a smile and an upbeat attitude). The jacuzzi on the roof with a view of the sea that stunning is a special feature worth trying. The standards of service are on par with those of surrounding 5-star giants, and pictures don’t do the location, view and rooms themselves justice.

We love Hotel Alkima so much, the breakfast is amazing also the lunch, the chef is incredible! The owner of the hotel are soooo friendly and hospitable, Milena is an awesome boss. During one of the days we were staying at Hotel Alkima, we couldn't find any restaurants open because the storm, and she even drove us to the restaurant! Also the staff Susan drove us to the bus station when we checked out, everyone is just so amazing! I highly recommend you guys to stay in Hotel Alkima!

The incredibly friendly lady owner is always ready to help. We had an attic room that exceeded our expectations. The owner (and his family) are really good host. Only 10 mins walk from the center - it will feel like 2 mins because of the view. You can get a taxi for 2-5 euros only from the center.
