The staff was so wonderfully friendly and attentive to our every need. They learn your name after the first meeting. In particular Shaan truly tried to make us feel special. He arranged dinner reservations, drinks, explained things and always asked if he could help us in any way. He was always present with a smile and good conversation as with all the staff. Checking in was seamless. We were greeted warmly with a drink and taken to our room where everything was explained to us. The food was exceptional. Especially at the On the Rocks restaurant. We came to celebrate our anniversary and, truly, they made it so special! From the bottle of champagne and snacks on our arrival to a handwritten anniversary card, a special anniversary cake which we enjoyed for a few nights to a rose petal bubble bath. Another great touch was the small tray with a washcloth and spray water bottle and glasses of water as you are on a lounge chair at the pool or the beach

Nestled behind a grand oak door in the north of Mauritius, La Maison 20 Degrés Sud – Relais & Châteaux is an intimate, adults-only boutique hotel offering refined charm, discreet luxury, and heartfelt... Beautiful hotel, not too big (fewer rooms than in big resorts), amazing restaurant. Secluded beach. Amazing ambiance. Service was great.

Wonderful stay and beyond expectations. Ideal for large families on long vacation looking for high-end accommodation with value for money. The property was very modern, clean, safe, spacious and comfortable. It was extremely well- furnished with an array of modern and functional amenities and even basic daily household items which were really convenient. On the fancy side, we tried the onsite BBQ grill and the well-equipped kitchen. It was an amazing experience, we received prompt assistance both remotely and physically from staff with regard to igniting fire and operating grill safely. The location is convenient and easily accessible by car and public transport, with shops and restaurants around. The property is very safe with camera and 24hrs security @ gate plus it’s located near the local police station. Special thanks to host Ashley who was very polite, helpful and responded promptly whenever we needed his assistance. We will definitely come back in the future.

Our stay at this penthouse was absolutely magnificent! From the moment we booked until the day we departed, Hugo, the owner, was incredibly responsive to all our requests and always available to solve any minor issues that arose. His dedication truly made our trip seamless and stress-free. The apartment itself is the epitome of luxury, and we found it great for families with plenty of space for everyone to relax. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to provide a truly opulent experience. The highlight, however, was undoubtedly the lovely jacuzzi – perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, the pool or exploring the island. We also loved having the barbecue. I totally recommend this penthouse for anyone seeking a lavish, comfortable, and family-friendly getaway.

Villa Cookie le Coquin, 3 chambre au centre de Grand Baie, jacuzzi nabízí venkovní bazén, zahradu a ubytování s klimatizací, terasou a bezplatným Wi-Fi. Pláž Merville Beach se nachází 1,6 km odtud. The pool and the jacuzzi is fantastic. It was very clean and big enough even for some small swimming. The villa was very clean and well maintained. Location is good. You can reach Grand Bay beach or Pereybere beach on foot within 15 minutes.

The villa was spacious with a well equipped kitchen and a nice pool to cool off and swim. Parking was very secure within the property itself. The bed was amazingly comfortable and great to have air-conditioning throughout the villa; not just in the bedrooms. The massive TV and Netflix was an unexpected and added bonus if you like your TV entertainment. Kamal and his wife were very responsive and helpful and even drove out to meet us when we were unable to find the villa using our phones.

It was definitely more luxurious than what we expected. We liked everything about the apartment. All needs were catered for, and the service was exceptional 👌 and everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially with all the useful telephone numbers for the different facilities. Even the little touches like the Christmas tree 🎄 were greatly appreciated.
