Special mention must go to our personal host, Haaim, whose exceptional professionalism and kindness made our stay truly memorable. His attention to detail and dedication to service was remarkable. The entire staff's hospitality was unparalleled, always ready to assist with a genuine smile. Wonderful stay with so well organized stay from arrival to departure and our host Dia being so caring and on top of things. As this was our first time to Maldives, we did not have much comparison to other resorts, but as someone who spends 90+ nights in hotels around the world each Year, I can say the service was great at this hotel. Breakfast and dinner half board restaurant was wonderful - quality, choice, service friendliness. The team made genuine care about their guests. Great quality of sleep, bed, amenities and housekeeping service as well.

We have traveled to the Maldives many times, this resort met most of our requirements - very comprehensive AI concept, with excursions and even spa treatments included, good and varied food, very attentive and caring staff everywhere. Special thanks to Sonia, who took care of us during our stay. A dedicated and professional person, whom I think any resort would like to have in the team! Also Faruk from the fruit and the gentleman from the pancakes were always smiling and attentive. Our pool villa was spacious and well maintained, the beach and the area in front always cleaned by hardworking workers. We will definitely come back!

But beside the resort, the restaurants, the beaches, which were all stunning and amazing beyon expectations, the real difference was done by the staff. Everyone fully dedicate to you (I have to mention Reeju, the Guest Experience Manager that was dedicated to us, but also the Reservation Manager Reeze and the GM, Bryce) in a very relaxed and hyper-attentive mood. More than definitely recommended, we were in honeymoon and that was fantastic. To mention additionaly: - Food: five restaurants, all great and amazing food, especially the Sip and Sand (Japanese / Asian) and the Spanish Tapas - Experiences: great weeklu plan, both complimentary and non-complimentary, super and memorable Nurse Sharke Swimming, Turtle Safari, and great yoga / meditation We can't wait to go back!
