Lucia and the other people serving our food as well. I really recommend the hotel at least one time because it’s truly an experience, especially coming with your loved one.

The staf speaks excellent English and are extremely friendly. They gave us a lot of tips and even bananas to feed the monkeys! Breakfast is okay, dinner is good. They don't offer a lot of traditional Mexican dishes, but as we were travelling for 3 weeks already we didn't mind the international kitchen.

There are bicycles that you can use for free in order to move from one place to another, since the hotel resort is huge. In the reception, Michelle is a valuable asset for the hotel, since she is willing to help you for any requests and make your stay unforgettable. A really must do, is the excursions that Gonzalo operates in the hotel. He is so amazing and this guy really loves his job so much!! The river experience is definitely worth it and all these faculties are for free. The cleaning of the room was done 2 times per day and it was the most incredible clean room that we have ever stayed. The type of room was a hacienda with high ceiling where you could enjoy silence and the sounds of the jungle. The hotel, arranged us a surprise in our room for our wedding anniversary with a very romantic decor and a champagne. That was really the best way to start our stay.

Unlike anywhere I’ve been before..I’m not vegan but everything on the menu was delicious! The staff were super kind especially at the front desk, Diego was super kind and supportive to me which is so much appreciated when travelling far and solo!
