The staff were amazing, the room (penthouse, room 8B) was jaw-dropping, and the whole hotel feels unique and with a lovely atmosphere. The pool, gardens and whole site was a lovely place to be for our special break. We did a boat tour to Yelapa with Misael, who works at the hotel. He was great and would fully recommend this.

It’s situated directly on the river, it’s such a relaxing place to be, it’s so unique and the staff are all fantastic. We only had 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer

The location and the view is stunning. Super quiet and relaxing, staff really welcoming and nice and the room was big and really well equipped. Top!

Falling asleep to the soothing sound of ocean waves outside our windows was a truly magical experience. Our private balcony, complete with a pool, became our favorite spot to unwind. The breathtaking views of the sunset over the ocean made every evening a picture-perfect moment. The combination of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty at Vallarta Shores exceeded our expectations.
