The place is absolutely stunning with a beautiful garden hidden right in the very middle of Valladolid. The staff was the nicest I have ever encountered tending to all of our needs (a couple and a 2-year-old kid plus a grandma). Both the dinner and breakfast included with the room were delicious and very nicely presented and it was lovely not to have to look for food after a long day at Chichen. The included parking right next to the hotel was also very convenient. The building is old, so do not expect modern luxury, but you can't beat the location right off the main plaza, plus the A/C works just fine and the garden more than makes up for that.

We loved everything – the hotel is an oasis in the center of town. The garden with the pool, fountain and trees is absolutely beautiful! The room is spacious and so comfortable. We slept very well. AC works great. Shower is big. Breakfast was included in our stay, nothing remarkable but we liked it. The quality of the stay for the price was amazing. Highly recommend.

The room was spacious and well decorated and immaculately clean. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We mentioned when we were arriving, and they stored our luggage and let us check in an hour only. The breakfast food was delicious. Also the restaurant for lunch/evening meal was great too. If you have any doubts about booking here, ignore them and book it. You won't regret it. This place was amazing and we miss it already.

It’s in small things that you notice the high level of service and friendliness: for example when we left a package of cookies half open in our room, we found it wrapped in foil to keep it fresh when they had made our room.

We were glad to be able to leave our car in the enclosed secure courtyard at the front of the house. We were happy to find the home very clean. The living area is very large ..as are the 2 , upper floor, bedrooms. Adequate fresh bottled water was left for our use in the kitchen. The wifi was good and the power stayed on. The house is enclosed with an 8 ft. wall , so felt secure . Beds were comfortable ..and the master ensuite was nice too.

The inclusion of the zip line in our stay was a pleasant surprise and added an exhilarating dimension to our experience. Soaring through the air amidst the beautiful trees provided a breathtaking view of the overstory, making it a truly memorable adventure. With only seven villas only during our stay, it offers an intimate and exclusive atmosphere. The limited number of guests ensures a tranquil and serene environment, allowing us to fully enjoy the exexpansive pool area surrounded by trees. Spending hours in the pool became a therapeutic escape, and the seclusion added to the overall sense of peace.
