Cardrona Hotel features an iconic on-site restaurant and bar. You can enjoy the picturesque gardens while sipping a drink on the patio. LOVED THIS HOTEL ! The garden pub, the room, the bathroom, the restaurant, the facilities! Everything was sooooo nice !

Archway Motels & Chalets offers quiet and secluded accommodation, only 200 metres from Lake Wanaka. Wanaka is an amazing place to stay. I get the impression that most travellers use Wanaka as a stop off to the Glaciers like we did. If i was planning my trip again I would spend at least a few nights in Archway motel, Wanaka. The hosts Jacqui and Mark can not do enough for you, they really are the best hosts you could wish for. Mark went out of his way to help my wife and I reschedule our trip to the Glaciers following the road closure at Hass. I can not think him enough for his reassuring assistance. Add to the above, the chalets are extremely high-end, comfort, quality, home from home. My wife and I would stay here again and for longer if we get back to NZ. Tento hotel se nachází pouhých 5 minut od mezinárodního letiště Christchurch a poskytuje nepřetržitou dopravu na letiště, krytý bazén, vířivku, saunu a posilovnu. The proximity to the airport is a plus, as well as the complimentary shuttle service - even in the middle of the night. Our spacious room surpirised us positively. Breakfast was good and abundant. We had no problems with any airplane noise.

Tussock Hill Vineyard Retreats se nachází v Christchurchu a nabízí pokoje s výhledem do zahrady. Jen 7,8 km odtud je Christchurch Art Gallery. The staff was very nice and helpful even though we checked in late. There’s even a complimentary wine.

This is a dream property with amazing hosts. You feel welcomed the moment you enter the gate. They have created such cozy spaces for guests and the provide great amenities like coffee and tea, toast and other small breakfast items. I appreciated the small fridge in the room, pressure in the shower and how quiet it was at night. I also walked to town and it was easy and fun. There’s a lot to do in this part of the world! We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this unique cabin. Such a brilliant location with the most special view (even when we had a bit of rain on our final morning) and incredible surroundings. Photos really cannot do this place justice - it’s just beautiful and the little patio area is perfect for enjoying some outside time in this part of the world. This cabin offers a really unique and cosy stay, and we would definitely recommend. Having spent five weeks travelling around NZ and staying in many different types of accommodation, this was the standout! We could not have asked for better or more friendly hosts either - thank you so much David and Sandy, especially for all your tips while in the area!
