Staff, particularly Rodrigo at the front desk was so helpful and kind. Rodrigo offered us Porto wine and chocolates on arrival, booked restaurants and made recommendations. The Turkish bath and pool were wonderful to come home to after sightseeing. I will definitely come back here on my next visit to Porto, the hotel itself is beautiful, an oasis in the heart of the city

We swam in the heated pool and jacuzzi in the evening and in the morning and it was perfect. The breakfast was really delicious and generous. The staff were friendly and the facilities were immaculate. We liked everything.

We had a large room on the second floor. We slept well - beds and pillows very good. No noise at all from the road or other guests. Excellent choice at breakfast - hot and cold buffet-lovely breakfast area leading to a garden. The position is perfect for walking everywhere - near the funicular to avoid all the steps down/up to Ribeira/Douro area. We loved Porto.
