Great apartments - modern, comfy beds and very quiet although in walking distance to the city center. The breakfast is always fresh and a good start into the day, and the hosts are extremely fast responsing and friendly. The own garage is a big plus, as a car is usually required to discover the island. Keep up the good work!

Very honestly, it's the place just where you want to be. My (our) impression: we lived in a double room. It would be suitable for 3 adults. I was travelling with a family member. The room: is cosy, and a lot of time has been taken to create the cosiness with details. The room is large, with plenty of space. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, including a coffee machine. The bathroom is also very comfortable. There is air conditioning in the appartment, sometimes on summer days it helps wonderfully. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The extra bed is also very comfortable. Location: The villa is 10 minutes by car from Ponta Delgada and 10 minutes in the other direction from Santa barbara beach. Very easy and convenient access to all parts of the island. We stayed in the villa for 10 days and travelled all over the island. We went for a coffee in Ponta Delgada, then a swim in the fantastic waves at Santa Barbara beach. We had lemonade at a beach café and returned to an oasis of calm. There we were greeted by the sound of birds, chicken, parrot Lara greeting Ola and swirls at nightfall. An absolute paradise among the palm trees. We had coffee by the pool on a bench and started the morning with a swim in the pool. If that's what you're looking for, peace and quiet and real relaxation, then I highly recommend this place. Thank you Mrs. Claudia and Mrs.Nicole. The warm welcome is forever imprinted in our hearts and memories. If you're looking and you find a place available, you won't be disappointed. You have created a paradise on an island that is already full of beauty. P.S. Everything that grows on the farm, as long as it is ripe, you can pick and taste. If you like to eat egs fyou will find them in the farmhouse, completely fresh and organic.

This was an exceptional experience! The room was spacious, clean, modern, comfortable and very well isolated form the outside noises. Even there were construction work nearby we never heard any noise. The breakfast was very nice! We loved the option to have the typical pastry and the cheese with pepper sauce everyday apart of other options, fresh fruit, different types of pastries and breads, ham and cheese, all perfect! You also have the option to park in the hotel parking. It is easier to get into the parking with a smaller car, but even with a big car you are fine. It is an option that not all hotels offer. What made our stay so exceptional was the stuff at the hotel. The communication was clear, accurate and prompt. In particular, the receptionist/manager excelled in providing us suggestions and recommendation on places to visit and things to do, so we could fully enjoy our time. It was a first class service! I give the Pêro Teive Bay Apartments Hotel my highest recommendation and thank all the stuff to make our stay so enjoyable and memorable!

It is the perfect place for comfortable stay of family with children. The room was really spacious, and very comfortable. In this room, first of all, everything is done for the guest. From the very first moment we came to the hotel - we felt like home. It is very cosу, calm, very authentic but at the same time so stylish and modern. Sound insulation is amazing. We never heard other guests, while the hotel was fully booked. Breakfast is fascinating. The hotel staff is super friendly and professional. A special place in my heart was occupied by detox water, which was available during the day and was different every day. Green apples during the day, fragrance lamp with essential oils in the hall, super fresh fruits for the breakfast, friendly sincere smiles of the staff -such details seem so small, but these things that make stay at the hotel so special. Highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel!

We had an amazing stay! We were 5 girls in the apartment and it was incredibly spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, with a great location by the beach. Breakfast was rich and had many choices. Well stocked kitchen and option to have your clothes washed by the staff. We forgot something in the apartment and they kindly offered to ship it. Cleaning was done every single day, any issues we had were handled immediately. All in all, we were so well taken care of, thank you!

This hotel, where I am now staying for the 3rd time, is of course great, the friendly employees, the room(6nr.) with veranda, the breakfast and the pineapple tour and then the great hot tub in the beautiful pineapple greenhouse makes it complete. The location of the hotel is also great just outside the center. If you get the chance for dinner at Rustico restaurant, do it!

The rooms and the common space were super clean. The kitchen was equipped with all the stuff for cooking. Perfect parking spot and jacuzzi in the garden. Towels and bathrobe in the room just perfect
