All the staff were outstanding in helping with our trip to this marvelous location in such a serene area of Portugal. My only regret is we did not arrange to stay in the hotel longer. Super help from our server for supper. John our server not only made our evening feel very special but he also made some wonderful suggestions for the rest of our trip including somewhere to find some cheese that we enjoyed with our supper. We both found the cod main course splendid. Your staff made this short stay for us feeling relaxed and ready to continue our journey.

Amazing place in a beautiful setting with super helpful staff who clearly take pride in this wonderful experience. Pools are lovely and relaxing with lots of different areas of bubbles / jets / saunas/ steam room etc. rooms are a good size and very comfortable. Food is amazing with lots of choices ( we are vegetarian) and the even the breakfast coffee tastes lovely! ( unusual!)

Location, decor, the mix between traditional elements and modern made the space very unique. The bedrooms have beautiful wall art. The best was the staff, Carlos was exceptional!

In the country overlooking the valley and the town. Facilities were new and owner Sarah was super. After driving from Madrid and arriving around 3:30 we didn’t want the hassle of driving into town for dinner (town is typical rural Portugal) but every restaurant in the area delivers so we sat by the pool, had a beer or wine, jumped into the jacuzzi and waited for food. Bed very comfortable, shower great and lots of stars at night. There are not many rooms so we had the whole grounds to ourselves 😀 Plus the national park is in the vicinity for hiking the next day.

Lovely setting, very friendly hosts. Great location to explore Serra de Estrela. And Catjia is very sweet in giving tips on where to go. Lovely breakfast and yummy food if you have dinner there in the evenings.

Alfatima se nachází v destinaci Manteigas a má restauraci, bankomat, bar, zahradu, sezónní venkovní bazén, terasu a výhled na město. Friendly and helpful service after booking on a short notice. Very spacious, clean and comfortable in a beautiful setting. Excellent breakfast at the restaurant. Unfortunately we arrived on a the day when the restaurant is closed for the evening as that seemed to be a real treat to dine there.

Manteigas Lovers se nachází v destinaci Manteigas, nedaleko od zajímavých míst jako Caldas de Manteigas, a nabízí zahradu, vybavení pro grilování a balkon s výhledem na hory. The property is very spacious and equipped with everything you need. It was so good that we decided to stay one more night.

Very nice house: it has been remodeled, but keeping a vintage touch. The host was super friendly and accommodating. Nice, warm house due to A/C in bedrooms and living room, very clean, comfortable beds. We would like to return in the summer to enjoy the terrace, swimming pool and BBQ facilities. We didn't have the chance to use the jacuzzi this time.
