The staff at the hotel is exceptionally friendly, we got a free room upgrade and lots of welcome snacks which was a nice surprise. The room and bathroom were big, clean and nicely decorated. The pool and fitness area were great too. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay.

Experience timeless hospitality at Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel, the only Marriott International property in Chiang Mai. I was impressed with the stuff, his name was Lex. He is very nice. I have no plans where I wanted to go but he was introduced by the amazing places in Chiang Mai and also given me a lot of information about places that I was interested in. He literally made my Chiang Mai trip completed. Thank you so much. If I have the opportunity to visit in Chiang Mai I definitely choose this place again.

Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai overlooks rice fields and mountains in Mae Rim Valley. It features luxurious bungalows with outdoor living spaces. A spa and outdoor swimming pool is available. Amazing stay, had high expectations but it exceeded. Really peaceful and beautiful everywhere. Highly recommend to do the activities offered. Breakfast is excellent. Gym equipped with new Technogym.
