I LOVE everything at this resort - location, room, service, food, beach. Reasonable prices. Every single staff is very nice, helpful and attentive. I stayed over the busiest time of the year - new year holiday and joined the NYE party. Though the resort was fully booked but I didn’t feel crowded because of the size of the resort and many choice of pools. Sunset here is stunning. The happy hour on drinks is a plus. I saw all staff worked their heart out to make guests happy. One of my best NYE and holidays in Thailand. Good breakfast. Rooms and facilities are clean.

Location was great, it was very clean, had everything you needed, the bed was very comfortable, it was lovely having a veranda overlooking the pool & gardens, it great being able to rent a moped from the resort which was very reasonable.

Super peaceful hotel with amazing views, surrounded by nature. It's tucked away a bit from the main road, so we rented a motorbike because we wanted to have the total freedom to explore. However, the hotel offers a free shuttle to the town's market and can pick you up and even take you to the nearby waterfall, so a motorbike is not a must if staying here. There are a lot of small things that make this one of the best overall hotel experiences we've ever had. For example, the hotel has a very nice restaurant, with very reasonable prices, like usual restaurant prices you'll find in Thailand, and a wide menu. Even the minibar inside the room has minimart prices. Massage inside the hotel, by the pool, while listening to the sounds of nature, is the same price you'd pay at most massage places, 0% hotel markup. It is so refreshing to know that you're not being ripped off by overpaying 2-3x for everything you do or eat inside the hotel. Wifi is free, no password headaches, just connect and use it. The staff are very friendly and it feels like a family business, not a corporate hotel chain. To sum up, big 5-star hotel brands could learn a lot from this hotel on how to provide truly exceptional service.

Ramada Resort by Wyndham Khao Lak - SHA Plus Extra se nachází u klidné pláže Bang Niang. The hotel has a perfect location! Right on the beach, and an easy walk to the nearby area of restaurants and shops. Loved the chaise lounges that faced the ocean. The swimming pool was refreshing and even has a swim-up bar. The restaurant where breakfast is served has views of the ocean and lots of choices for food. There’s a pool table and ping pong too! Our room (Deluxe Room with Spa Bath) was gorgeous, and worth the money to upgrade if you can. The jacuzzi bathtub in our room seemed a bit over the top, but it felt magical after a day of walking! Nice view of the ocean, too.
