The amenities were new and clean and the staff was extremely friendly and forthcoming. The WiFi was strong. The location is amazing and easily accessible. Lindaport is surrounded by amazing restaurants and lovely streets that you can walk around and get lost in. The Grand Bazaar is only a 9 minute walk away. Special call out to the staff truly went out of their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable and without any issue. They were quick with responses and made sure to accommodate every request we had. Daniel and his wife were both extremely helpful with their customer service as well as their food recommendations! In fact, they even helped us with last minute airport travel support by booking us a VIP cab at normal prices! I truly recommend this place for all travelers looking for a good hotel, with great amenities, great location, wonderful staff and owners. Will definitely recommend it to all my friends and family.

Every staff member was extremely friendly and enthusiastic. The location is convenient, with buses and subways all very close by. If I go to Istanbul again, I will still choose this hotel.

Our stay at the Address Istanbul was to our satisfaction. The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The bathroom shower was the best we have experienced compared to any other hotels we have stayed at. Perfect water pressure and temperature. Direct access from the hotel into Emaar Mall was so convenient. This mall has luxury shops and amazing food, as well as a supermarket. Ozgur the Doorman was extremely helpfull throughout our stay, from making sure our shopping gets sent up to our room, to fetching our rental car from the hotel basement free parking which was actually a bonus. Check Out was a breeze and Ozgur used his expert skills to pack our luggage into our car. We would definitely stay at the Address Istanbul again on our next visit.

What a wonderful experience! My children and I loved the hotel and were blown away by how hospitable the staff is. From the reception to the servers - everyone was extremely welcoming, warm, and generous. The location is excellent (very close to the most vibrant Istiklal, Galata etc. ), breakfast was delicious, and the absolutely adorable hotel dog sealed the deal. Had a really great time and will most definitely be back. Kudos to the entire team for all that they do.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. Staff were friendly and most importantly spoke English and were able to advise ys on our outings. The hotel is clean and location is very convenient. It was very easy to always order uber or taxi or even walj few steps to catch one. Only improvement would be the breakfast buffet to have more variety.

Location is excellent. Close to the grand bazaar and tram stop and the other major tourist sites eg blue mosque and hagia Sofia. Lots of local restaurants and cafes nearby Hotel staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. A very special thank you to Abdur Rahman at the front desk who helped from day one with lots of tips like getting around and where to shop. Even arranged taxis for us. Breakfast was pretty decent too. Had all the basics and some good extras. The staff in the restaurant were welcoming and loved playing with the kids. A special thanks to Yasmin and her colleagues who made us feel at home.
