Bylo to mimo sezónu, takže náš pobyt byl neuvěřitelně tichý a klidný. Pokoj byl nedotčený. Líbil se nám moderní design. Snídaně a la carte byla fajn, ale čekali jsme větší rozmanitost. Personál nám však nabídl, že nám udělá vajíčka na jakýkoli způsob, což bylo milé.

Wow my Birthday stay here was incredible! They had a gorgeous setup at the dinner table and the whole crew sang. The facilities are all very new, the team is well trained and perfectly polite. The food is well made and plentiful. They have activities planned for the whole duration of the stay, these where well organized. The rooms are gorgeous with balconies and of course great views, can defiantly recommend this cruise

The whole trip was simply wonderful! The cabin was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable — everything was thoughtfully prepared. The boat was well-maintained, creating a calm and cozy atmosphere throughout the journey. But the highest praise goes to the amazing crew. They were truly exceptional – attentive, kind, and professional. It felt as if they could sense every guest’s wishes before anyone even spoke. Their care and understanding were beyond expectations – the level of service was absolutely top-class. I also loved the extra activities that made the trip even more memorable: 🍳 a fun Vietnamese cooking experience where we learned to prepare traditional dishes together with the kitchen team, 🐙 and night squid fishing, which turned into a joyful, shared adventure under the stars. What touched me the most was how the staff who introduced the food also shared their personal stories – about their families, traditions, and how proud they are of their country. It was heartwarming to see how sincerely they enjoyed sharing their culture and experiences with guests. Halong Arcadia Cruise se nachází v destinaci Ha Long v regionu Quang Ninh a nabízí bar. Pláž Tuần Châu Beach se nachází 2 km daleko a Ha Long Queen Cable Car 1,1 km. Harry and the entire team were excellent. You could really tell that they had everything super well organized and professionally managed - from making sure everyone is informed to the small details of really paying attention at dinner when is the right time to move a plate - they really offered a great service. Also really loved the room - clean, bed was super comfy and balcony was great.
