The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. We had a medical emergency on (a very late) arrival and they were super helpful getting us to a hospital, and checking up on us to make sure all was OK the next morning. For the whole week there, the staff were 1st class. The facilities are also amazing, especially for families.

Infinity pool area, breakfast rooms, all are of high level. Breakfast is excellent and Hotels restaurant services of high quality. Quiet street for walks on the beach side, and nice small alleys to visit local cafeterias on the back side of the Hotel. Nice views to both Nha Trang Bay and nearby mountains make the scenes breathtaking.

This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at where the reality is so much better than the photos. The garden is absolutely stunning, the view breathtaking, and everything is incredibly peaceful. The staff were kind, attentive, and truly made us feel welcome. The only downside for us was the beds — they were quite hard, and we had some trouble sleeping because of that. But overall, this place is a gem. Highly recommended.
