The hostel was very clean and the pool was an added bonus. We had a private room with our own bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool. It was perfect for our stay. Town was an easy walk away. It took us about 20 minutes. The owner picked us up at the bus stop when we arrived. We find that the son who spoke very good English was very helpful. He booked our tours, a bus from Hue to Phong Nha and a driver from Phong Nha to Hanoi when our flight was cancelled. The restaurant was fabulous and be sure to take part in the family dinner. It was inexpensive, delicious food booked by mom and sister and lots of fun. I would recommend staying here as it’s great value and the family/owners who all work together to run the place try very hard to please.

Our stay was perfect from start to end with outstanding hospitality! We arrived very early in Phong Nha (6 am) via nightbus and pick up was organized. The room provides lovely views over the rice fields and Phong Nha National Park and is super-clean. The pool is a nice plus after a long day hiking. Breakfast and dinner in the family's restaurant are very good. Hung and his family shared a lot of information about the area, recommendations for activities and also arranged our transfer to Hué. (Motor) bikes for rent are available, too. If you are looking for nightlife and bars better stay directly in Phong Nha, Karst villas are located about 1.8 km outside of town, but if you are looking for a nice, quiet place in the middle of a beautiful scenery with great hosts - go there!

Our stay was wonderful and the villa felt so much like home. It was very spacious with charming decor and great location. The staff were very helpful and had good recommendations for food. We also ate one meal at the hotel and it was very delicious. The villa is close to town but just outside so that there is more peace and quiet. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Friendlyness and the aim to assist where needed was extreamly high. All Tour suggestions met the expectations. I online can say: when I come back for longer cave trips I stay again with Thien Thanh.

Got 2 rooms, one king and one three quen bed rooms. They both were exceptional huge and clean, way more than expected with the price I paid. Highly recommended.

The hotel is amazing: the room is great with a fantastic view of the seaside and they welcome you with a delicious cake inside when you arrive. The food is delicious and very well presented. The staff is very welcoming and will never let you down. The outdoor pool is stunning and the water clean and at the right temperature to enjoy it at full. You can really experience how the vietnamese are such great people!

Great price, amazing location, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Dan who is such a kind and caring man. I could t recommend this hotel highly enough if you are staying in phong Nha. Bike rental, in the middle of all the coffee shops and restaurants. 10/1
