The Grand Sunrise Palace sure has a big name to live up to. And in many aspects it certainly does. The architecture is old school grand with flashbacks of 20th century romance. The room we stayed in harkened back to 1930’s opulence complete with stand alone tub and a round bed. We were met at reception by Kathy and Amy who work at reception but were kind enough to assign themselves to us as our personal concierge. They helped us find transport to Ancient Town and even recommended great restaurants and tailors to get suits made. Overall the stay at Grand Sunrise was very good. The hotel room was spacious and well appointed. We had the suite which wasn’t the biggest we’ve stayed in so I’m not sure what size a standard room would be like. The breakfast buffet was vast and the food was well presented and delicious. There were Asian dishes as well as western staples which was great. Overall I would highly recommend staying at Grand Sunrise Hotel for a great family vacation.

The spa offers were amazing The pool is big and also quite deep at one end. I find it really nice. The breakfast options and the food at their own restaurant was really good. Our room was quite big with a bathtub and a walkin shower. I would definitely comeback.

The staff were amazing, so friendly and informative. Really nice touches like remembering you name. Could not do enough for us. Hotel itself was really clean and as pictures show.

First time visiting Hoi An and we really felt like we picked a great hotel in terms of location - it's situated on the river, walking distance from the old town and the night market but in such a peaceful spot! You can't hear any traffic noise and we really enjoyed being away from the crowds. The service was outstanding and definitely one of the most memorable parts of staying here! We were first welcomed by Hanh and told her the things we wanted to do - her recommendations were all perfect! There was also a lady called Tram who was so lovely and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and during that time they both took care of us, seamlessly organised taxis and excursions, told us where to get the best bang mi and rice pancakes and even recommended a fantastic tailor. Thank you to Hanh and Tram for a wonderful stay!

Krásné ubytování v klidné lokalitě, ideální pro odpočinek. Pokoje jsou moderní a prostorné, vše bylo čisté a dobře udržované. Bazén je skvělým místem k relaxaci a snídaně velmi chutná a pestrá. Největší poděkování patří personálu, díky kterému jsme se tu cítili opravdu vítaní.

Embracing the essence of culture heritage, it its architecture and philosophy, as well as adding a modern touch, Almanity Hoi An Resort & Spa is set around a stunning purified salt-water swimming pool... Staff was very nice, even made us private breakfast when we missed the time, and let us take some food to our room to eat later. The room was very spacious and luxurious, and the pool was excellent. The gym was nice for a hotel but could be better for a hotel claiming to promote wellness

Palm Garden Resort leží u pláže Cua Dai, v krásně upravené zahradě o rozloze 5 hektarů. Může se pochlubit lázněmi a 45metrovým venkovním bazénem. We really enjoyed our time at this resort. The staff are exceptional. Everyone is so focused on making sure that your stay is exceeding your expectations. There was some construction next door to our room and the staff were able to help us move our room. We ended up in a great 2-room villa (we were traveling with 2 families). The room was spacious, clean, and had great facilities. Speaking of facilities, the pool was large and clean and the lifeguard staff were so helpful in getting people chairs and towels. There were always enough loungers for everyone and if there weren't, they got more. The staff at the beach were the same. The beach was quite dirty but that is not the fault of the staff! The waves were quite high and I wonder if that contributed to the water/beach pollution. The food was decent but I'd recommend going out across the street if you wanted cheap and authentic food. We only ate by the pool and had breakfast there so I can't speak for the other restaurants. There was a lot of variety for breakfast- both western and eastern food. The location is great if you want to be on the beach. They have a shuttle 3 times a day to the city and you can also use a Grab and be there in 15 minutes. As I mentioned above, there are a variety of restaurants just across the street as well as a mini-mart and a tailor. Further down on the beach, there are beach restaurants as well but they were quite empty when we walked there (could have been the time of year). Overall, we'd definitely come back to this resort and have plans to do so next year.

The hard working, always friendly and helpful staff, the beautiful tropical gardens and outdoor ambiance. Peacefulness, generous size of rooms, the jacuzzi bath in our suite which over looked the crystal clear large salt chlorinated pool -no need for googles in this pool. The daily free shuttle vehicle into the Old town and Cua Dai beach. Free bicycles for guests. The proximity to local restaurants, dentists, mini marts and the beach. The high quality of the meals we enjoyed , both for the daily breakfasts and evening meals can’t be praised enough.

Hoi An Heart hostel Villa - Bespoke se nachází v destinaci Hoi An a poskytuje ubytování s zahradou, neplaceným soukromým parkovištěm, terasou a barem. The hotel is very well located, very cute and the staff are very attentive and really friendly. Flower was able to advise us on shops, restaurants, excursions and other services. We had an excellent stay.
