Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful in every way, especially Ha and Tam, girls who were both genuinely interested in how we were enjoying ourselves, where we came from etc. The room was clean, food was great. We really have nothing to complain about.

Their level of customer obsession and care is impressive. I would hire both of them in a second! They made my family feel cared for and welcome. I couldn’t thank them enough. The cave trip is amazing and unforgettable. Please remember to tip the cruise employees… I only saw a few other people tip which is sad.

Absolutely spectacular ship! The rooms were luxurious and incredibly comfortable. We loved our 2 night itinerary and had lots of fun activities and sufficient downtime. The staff were amazing! The food was good, but for us a bit too „generic”. I would love more traditional Vietnamese dishes.
