Dokonce s námi zajel do servisu, když jsme při odjezdu zjistili, že máme píchlou pneumatiku. Dávali jsme si na místě i večeři a bylo to opravdu výborné.

Trạm Tấu Eco Garden Resort & Hot spring se nachází v destinaci Trạm Tấu a nabízí zahradu. Beautiful location, nestled in the valley, around 1km from the nearest village. Everything is brand new. Rooms are clean, comfortable (soft mattresses) and quiet. The food served at the restaurant is excellent. Hot spring is a nice extra for cold mornings. Staff is friendly, and speak excellent English.

An unusual hotel in a postcard setting surrounded by Rice-fields, breathtaking views all around and smiling people. We were welcomed by warm and professional staff members always interested and out to give the best service. This new hotel is one of the most beautifully designed and special hotels we’ve stayed in. This one stands out for service, beauty, cleanliness, comfort, and an unusual setting. The food is served beautifully and very tasty , answering to the needs of western people and local flavors. We were fortunate enough to have been celebrating our 35th anniversary in this hotel and the staff went over and beyond by celebrating it with us in little gestures and much attention , and we cannot be thankful enough. We would personally like to thank all the staff members we encountered in our visit and I will mention just a few The food and beverage manager Phuong alongside the dining room staff , mentioning mentioned just a few (, but they were all wonderful )Tuan ,Minh, Thao, Chung were very serviceable, attentive and professional. Upon arrival, the reception team did everything to accommodate all our needs in smiles and professional manner. I would like to personally thank and mention Nhat and Trang . It is wonderful to see how this hotel integrates the local people in an international hotel, giving them the opportunity to upgrade their knowledge and lives. All this wonderfully led by Thinh Phan, G.M. as a conductor of a well tuned orchestra. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back.

By far the kindest and sweetest hosts I've stayed at in Vietnam!!! Not only are they amazing, but my room was super clean, beautifully decorated, smelling good, with the most amazing view on the rice fields, quiet, with good wifi. And only 15minutes walking to the center. They helped me a lot with my bus reservations, the owner gave me a very good deal on scooter rental. They even clean your room daily. I was really amazed. They have been so kind to me, I'm gonna miss them!!!
