We had a wonderful holiday in the newly built villa (lodge 9), just above the lodges. Our personal highlight of the Garden Route! We travelled about 4 hours from Cape Town, the arrival and departure was absolutely smooth! (I would suggest a car) The villas are situated on a large area, surrounded by buffalo, various antelope species and also 2 rhinos! We were able to observe the animals at close quarters around the clock. The villas are incredibly beautiful, with a hot tub on the terrace, outdoor showers and barbecue areas and even a pizza oven! In principle, the villas are self-catering, there is a small self-service shop on the premises, and you can also order various food boxes (barbecues, burgers, pizza) and have them delivered - all highly recommended! Another small highlight was the guided tour with the owner of the farm around the grounds followed by breakfast. We felt very comfortable and welcome. The Botelierskop Game Reserve is also nearby (about 20 minutes) and is also recommended if you want to go on further safaris. We were completely satisfied and would definitely come again, 10/10!

Garden Route Game Lodge se nachází v blízkosti města Albertinia a nabízí výhled na pohoří Langeberg. Hotel je obklopený bujnou vegetací a často se mohou setkávat s různými zvířaty. Everything was wonderful, the breakfast and dinner were great, the safari was amazing as well, we saw the big 5, even though it’s a small reserve compared to others, the animals were scattered and it was difficult to find them. Lovely experience, will definitely come again.

It’s a perfect place to connect with like-minded souls—whether you’re traveling solo or with friends. There was a movie night on Sunday that brought everyone together in the best way. At the same time, Wonderland offers plenty of peaceful spots for relaxation. Whether you’re curling up with a book, meditating in a quiet corner, or just soaking in the vibe, it’s a great place to recharge. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. Just a short trip from the city center, it’s easy to explore the beach or dive into local activities. You get the best of both worlds—tranquility and convenience. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning our return. Wonderland truly lives up to its name.

This place is perfect for a good night's rest, I slept sooo well after the quality jacuzzi time I didn't want to wake up! Wish we could stay longer, the jacuzzi is a plus point, the beautiful bath, the shower the television everything is just soo comfortable

Fantastic hotel and we had booked a suite. This was so spacious and had a huge balcony with great views of the area and pool. Staff were excellent and very attentive. Great huge breakfast. Would certainly return here if visiting Constantia
