Staff are nice & friendly. Plenty of smiles & very courteous. Two names I remember are Raul & Daniel. There were other members of the staff were all brilliant. The pool & facilities were all good. Security I had to use my room card to access the lift. Good security. The lobby area, Tea / coffee / biscuits / cake shop. Very nice. Bon voy discount. The room has a balcony, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The fridge in the room was good. I was able to keep water cold. The cube radio with blue tooth is another nice feature. Overall, everything was fabulous & all going I plan to stay there again in 2025 with my daughter. Thank you

Very good breakfast with a wide variety coupled with very helpful staff ready to refill your tea if you needed more. The staff at the reception were very welcoming. The housekeeping team was excellent too. Allowing us late check out was a big plus.
