Welcoming was great, the staff was amazing from beginning to end. I’ve been upgraded to a business suite for the third time I come here. The vibes are very nice, you have a lot of facilities, great restaurants (Belgian, Japanese, Indian restaurants, Karaoke, another bar where you can dance, groceries), breakfast is nice, the place looks beautiful and is clean, one of the best value for money in Dubai to be not that far from The Palm, JBR and Downtown at the same time. One of my favorite places in Dubai where I feel like home and for sure will come again.

Service is extra level. Willingness to help and go the extra mile. Vijay at the door would do the Savoy or Connaught proud. Reception staff incredibly efficient, genuinely friendly and unflappable.

Great location—just a short walk from the Dubai Internet City metro station. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Having an in-room washing machine was especially convenient and a great added benefit for longer stays. The included daily breakfast was a nice and practical perk for travellers. Staff members were consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Overall, the hotel offers solid facilities and an excellent experience.
