The Posada was a little hidden gem, not that the facilities were 5 star, it’s comfortable enough and has everything you need, I’d describe it as classic rather than dated; however what you can’t beat is the attitude of the owner Pablo and his staff who go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy every minute of your stay. They kept in touch via WhatsApp prior to our vacation and arranged two perfect and memorable days, one riding with a super special asado afterwards, and the next day touring vineyards in the Uco valley, accompanied and driven by Pablo himself. We were honoured to get to know him and his family and to appreciate Argentina through his eyes.
