Its a magical experience as it is really a sanctuary for animals, does not feel like a zoo Especially likes the early VIP tour before the park opens to visitors to meet the animals and learn more about them

The rooms where excellent, very comfortable and spacious, with all the facilities you'd expect from this class of hotel. The staff at the desks where very helpful and very polite. The cleaners did an excellent job and the little touches such as a chocolate on your turned down bed didn't go un noticed.

We had a pleasant boat trip from Sydney harbour over to Manly Beach, It was well worth the visit. Beautiful sands and a nice place to go for a drink/meal/walk around the shops. Much nicer than Bondi in our opinion.

We went to Australian football (not soccer) game here and we did not understand the rules but it was great! The crowd was wonderful and we cheered when our side stood up and cheered! This was a super way to be a part of the culture! It was just FUN.

We stayed in Room 404, which had lovely views over Manly beach. We were visited by a young cockatoo each day which was a lovely bonus. The beds were comfortable, however the pillows were a bit firm for our liking. Daily room service was a welcome surprise.

If you want to go to Manly Beach in the summer, get the 9 am ferry - if a cruise ship is in, the later ferries are full and you might have to wait. They come every 20 minutes after 10, but you still would have to wait.
