Location is great, everything is within walking distance. Our room was spacious and clean and the staff was friendly. Drinkable water refill was available on each floor. Two cold water dispensers with fruit fragrance near the check-in desk was a nice touch.

The environment is good. It is very close to the subway and the airport line. It is also very close to McDonald's. The service of the hotel restaurant is good and delicious. The hotel service is very good. The interior of the hotel is clean and hygienic, and the bed is comfortable. It's close to the scenic spot and the shopping centre. It's great.

Lovely room, electronic shades and controls, comfy bed and pillows, good shower, complimentary water every day, we loved our stay here and was our first time in Vancouver. Reception lady was very nice at check in also and expalined about her favourite Vancouver places

Walk or bike or scooter to see Vancouver. A car is just a hinderence and you will not experience the city especially the downtown area. I have lived here for 3 years and am suprised by something everytime I walk outside.

Take one of the little ferries across False Creek, to...

Take one of the little ferries across False Creek, to Granville Island, or even to Sunset beach. The tickets are affordable and it is a nice way to experience a boat ride and see the surrounding area.

False Creek is lovely, with several interesting neighbourhoods on each side plus great Granville Island - the mini-ferries (Aquabus and False Creek Ferries) run up and down to various stops every few minutes and are brilliant

Coming from the airport getting off from Skytrain (Canada Line) at Yaletown-Roundhouse it is a 600 m walk to the hotel. Nice check-in, good elevators, wonderful room with two bed, spacious bathroom and sitting area. WiFi worked well. You can walk from the hotel in 20 min to Canada Place. False Creek and its trails are about 500 m away. For lunch or dinner you can get indoors to the restaurant. Breakfast Places are plenty around. People who like to shop do not need to go far. The shower was working well. The room was clean.

It was within a reasonable walk to Hullo Ferry and to the QE Theatre where we went to see a concert. We also took the False Creek Ferry to be tourists in the area and it was within a short walk as well. There were lots of nearby restaurants to choose from for dinner, as well. A very walkable location.

Great location in English Bay, near restaurants, shops, coffee, supermarket, beach, photo opportunities. From the Sands, we walked to Granville Market and rented bikes just over the road to explore Stanley Park and False Creek. We even walked from The Sands to Gastown. This place was more affordable than many other downtown Vancouver hotels
