Friendly staff who go above and beyond! Comfortable beds, large rooms, and walking distance from main attractions and public transit.

Staff was beyond welcoming. From the entrance door to the front desk , everyone was so accommodating and friendly! Hotel itself is a brand new building so it just feels good to stay in it. Our room faced the billy bishop airport so it was really cool to watch all the planes landing from my bed!

Dining ( breakfast and dinner) was fantastic. Particularly like Cafe Boulud. Excellent dinner menu. Staff were courteous and very welcoming. Everyone I encountered made an effort to make me feel welcome.

Location is perfect. Service was great.
