Very bad staff-rude behaviour and the receptionist lady gave us a wrong room- We were two couples staying with same kind of room booked. The lady at the reception was so rude to us when my husband was talking to her she just walked off disrespecting him.

One of the best experiences I ever had when it comes to hotels. Both Francois and Palmi have demonstrated high level of customer service and patience. I will definitely stay in La Rouvenaz during my next visit of Montreux. Especially Room 500 :) You can write books about this room. Great job to hotel owners, managers and professional front office personnel.

Check in staff were so nice, they gave us an upgrade to a lake view room. Breakfast was served in a wonderful old world dining room, looking over the lake and there was a wide variety of food served. Oh and the coffee was great too.

Everything perfect. Polite staff, delicious breakfast (especially grilled sausages and baked tomatoes), large room with separated bathroom and toilet, comfortable beds and chairs, sparkling design of a brand-new hotel. Direct view of the railway station and access to the first platform, but not much bothering noise. One of the best accomodation experiences I ever made.

Doesn't look as attractive from the outside as some other similar buildings, let's say - Casino Monte Carlo. British Queen band's studio museum inside, visiting it one can see all casino main hall in whole. Not what is often so accessible in other European casinos
